Member of our Company have been involved in the business of manufacturing & merchandising of steel products for more than twenty years. Consequently, the experience in the prevention of metallic corrosion other than metallurgical problems has been significantly increased.
    Iron and steel corrode quickly when exposed to atmosphere of which hot-dip galvanizing have been generally recognized as possible measure on surface of iron and steel against corrosion. The galvanized coating comprises of two parts: an alloy layer of zinc and iron in contact with the surface of the basic metal with an outer layer of unalloy zinc. Both layers etching on top of the metallic surface contribute an advantage not only to corrosion resistance but also extend the life of metallic fatigue.
Hot-dip galvanizing process has been widely adopted in developed countries and in line with the development of Civil Engineering technologies in Hong Kong, requirement of hot-dip galvanizing is became necessary. In respect to the growth in quantity demands, stringent requirement in good quality of galvanizing has became a basic requirement in the business. Our aim in establishing this factory in early of 1986 is meant to be modern in design, professional in production management and good quality control with the support of market development is our first priorities in running of factory. We aim to provide the quality and services comparable to any first rate galvanizer in the world. We look forward to have close co-operation with design and Civil Engineers, Structural Contractor and other people in the iron work industry in order to work towards a bright future in Hong Kong.

Introduced Japanese-style high speed equipment, also a bigger zinc bath 12.8x1.3x2.7M have been installed
